- What is Ludemap?
- Ludemap is a map for planning a trip together. Everyone adds the places they want to go, then you arrange them into days, or let AI do that part for you. Friends join with a link, no account needed.
- Can friends join without creating an account?
- Yes. Share the trip link and guests can open the map, see the plan and add their own places without signing up.
- How is this different from a group chat or saved Google Maps lists?
- In a chat the places are buried in messages, and a saved list says nothing about which day anything belongs to. Ludemap puts every suggestion on one map and turns it into a day-by-day plan the whole group can edit.
- Can I use my own AI assistant, such as Claude or Cursor?
- Yes. Open a trip, choose Connect an AI assistant, create a connection key and paste it into your assistant's settings. From then on you can request places in plain language and they are added to the map for everyone. The free Ludemap Skill is worth installing alongside it: it knows how a trip is structured here, so the result is a day-by-day plan rather than a set of unsorted pins. Each place added this way costs 1 Trip Credit, and everything it adds remains editable by you and the rest of the group.
How to plan a trip with AI
Answer a few questions and Ludemap spreads places across your days. Anything that doesn't fit, you change.

Set the destination and dates
A destination and your dates are enough to start. Add who is coming and the pace you want for a closer fit.

Choose your places
Ludemap puts together three sets of places for your dates. Pick the one you would most want to visit.

Review and adjust
The places are already spread across your days. Drag to reorder, delete what you would skip, add your own.
How to invite your friends to plan together
Share the trip and everyone's places land on the same map.

Open Share
Open Share in the trip and decide who can open the map.

Set a password
Set a password only you and your friends know, or let anyone with the link join. To close the trip, just switch it to "Only me".

Send the link
Send the link—and the password, if you set one. They can join the map and plan with you without an account.
